Overview

Organisational agility is the capability of an organisation to sense changes in its environment, respond rapidly and effectively, and continuously adapt to sustain performance and competitive advantage. In a world characterized by technological disruption, shifting customer expectations, global competition, and economic uncertainty, agility is no longer optional—it is a strategic imperative.

Agile organisations are flexible, innovative, customer-focused, and empowered at all levels. They balance speed with stability, enabling rapid decision-making while maintaining strategic alignment. Organisational agility integrates adaptive leadership, responsive processes, empowered teams, and a culture that embraces learning and change.

Join Liezel van Arkel on 27 April 2026 from 10h00 to 12h00 as she explores the principles of adaptive leadership, using practical frameworks, real-world examples and observable leadership behaviours to demonstrate how leaders can respond more effectively in a rapidly changing world.
