Overview

Leadership is the driving force that transforms organizational vision into actionable strategy and shapes the culture that sustains performance. While strategy defines where an organisation is going, and culture determines how people behave along the way, leadership serves as the catalyst that aligns both elements for long-term success.

Effective leaders do more than set direction—they inspire commitment, model values, enable accountability, and foster an environment where strategy and culture reinforce one another. In today’s fast-changing environment, organisations that thrive are those where leadership intentionally integrates strategic clarity with a strong, adaptive culture.

Join Liezel van Arkel on February 2026 from 10h00 to 12h00 as she explores the principles of adaptive leadership, using practical frameworks, real-world examples and observable leadership behaviours to demonstrate how leaders can respond more effectively in a rapidly changing world.
