Overview

Leadership competencies are the integrated knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes that enable individuals to lead effectively and drive sustainable results. In today’s fast-paced and complex work environment, leadership requires more than technical expertise—it demands emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, adaptability, ethical judgment, and the ability to inspire others.

This module explores the essential competencies leaders must develop to enhance personal effectiveness, build high-performing teams, and contribute meaningfully to organizational success. Participants will gain practical insights and actionable strategies to strengthen their leadership capabilities and create a continuous development plan.

Join Liezel van Arkel on 29 June 2026 from 10h00 to 12h00 as she explores the principles of adaptive leadership, using practical frameworks, real-world examples and observable leadership behaviours to demonstrate how leaders can respond more effectively in a rapidly changing world.
